A Salty Salute (Guided By Voices cover)

Eric was a big fan of Guided By Voices and brought this song into the studio one day and we all loved it. This was a mainstay in our live shows, and once we started playing it in the studio, it eventually would open almost all of our shows.

  • Eric – Guitar, Vocals
  • Steve – Guitar
  • Chris – Guitar
  • Bill – Bass
  • Mark – Drums

Roses Are Free (Ween cover)

Another song Eric brought to the band, “Roses are Free” was originally written and done by Ween but we played the version more popularized by Phish. Another cover we all loved to play.

  • Eric – Guitar, Vocals
  • Steve – Guitar
  • Chris – Guitar
  • Bill – Bass
  • Mark – Drums

Christian Hits Mavericks

We were still working out the kinks for this original song that Eric and I wrote. The later and more played version would have a different instrumental break in the middle.

  • Eric – Guitar, Vocals
  • Steve – Guitar
  • Chris – Guitar
  • Bill – Bass
  • Mark – Drums

The Other One (Grateful Dead cover)

That’s it for The Other One. What more needs to be said? With the exception of Bill and Lori, we (me, Eric, Chris, and Mark) were all HUGE fans of the Grateful Dead. And yeah, we played a lot of Grateful Dead. Because of the jam nature, this was always one of our favorite songs of theirs to cover. Jam in E! Eric pivots nicely into another Grateful Dead cover (New Speedway Boogie) and Chris jumps right in, before we return back to the Other One.

  • Eric – Guitar, Vocals
  • Steve – Guitar
  • Chris – Guitar
  • Bill – Bass
  • Mark – Drums
